I tried the Table function with two columns 

table(R_format$Client.Mnemonic,R_format$Tasks) 

and got something like the one I have attached in this word file 
Task_Summary_for_Clients.docx

I need to make something like a graphical plot which should be like the
image below:

Is there any function which I can use for that.
