Hi,
I’ve the latest version of R, which I know is for Mavericks. I’ve upgraded to
Yosemite, and R is acting strangely.
R becomes unresponsive when I try to use “R File to Source/Load”. Since this
morning, this problem was happening every time that I had a script open, but
now the problem has become intermittent. When this problem came up, I had to
kill R and start again.
Now, I’ve started getting the following “mysterious” messages, which again is
intermittent.
2014-11-23 22:14:09.339 R[24870:4519960] plugin com.getdropbox.dropbox.garcon
interrupted
2014-11-23 22:14:09.339 R[24870:4522129] Unable to setup extension context -
error: Couldn’t communicate with a helper application.
I’ve Xcode version 6.1 (6A1052d).
I was wondering whether any of you have had similar issues, and if you’ve any
solutions. These problems seem to be random.
