I got the error when I tried to read mzxml by using caMassClass.
> msc.rawMS.read.mzXML("a.mzXML")
Error in .classEnv(thisClass) :
unable to find an environment containing class "XMLNamespaceDefinitions"
How can I fix it?
my environment in R is
R 2.7.2 GUI 1.25(5217)
Mac OS X 10.5.5
