Hi ,
I have been trying to convince Pat to come up with a book on this.

He can add in the chapters on *Purgatorio*
(Purgatory<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Purgatory>),
and *Paradiso* (Paradise <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heaven>)
