Thanks Peter, the options(digits=) works. The matrix I send as example is the
x values in the correlation I will do. The Y values are different and are not
tied.

You've already been pointed to options(digits=);
here's another way: since your data appear to be limited to 2 decimals,
why not select your noise from UNIF(0, 0.001)?

More importantly, are you really trying to do correlation between the
values you're showing us? What do you hope to learn from such correlations?
