I tried to run your code with System.sleep(100000) instead of wait(-1) inside Winserv, which is an open-source replacement for srvany (MS). Winserv has a very clean interface and is much more flexible than srvany. http://sw4me.com/wiki/Winserv?v=qw0 The service installs (install) and runs (start), status is "RUNNING", but I could not connect to the port.
