Dear all! I had installed R 1.6.2. and I tried to download Bioconductor using Bioconductor install script. However, when I run the script in R it reports following:
Error in getBioC(all) : Your R is not currently configured to allow HTTP connections, which is required for getBioC to work properly. Can you help me how to solve this problem and successfully download Bioconductor packages. Thank you very much in advance.
