Hi I used pls.pcr on a dataset x[!sub,]. How can I get the scores for another dataset, say x[sub,]? I couldn't reproduce the scores for the training set by multiplying the data with the loadings, even after first scaling the data (scale()). pls.pcr only gives the XScores for the training data.
