It gives you the reason why `library(gregmisc)' doen't work:
bundle 'gregmisc' successfully unpacked and MD5 sums checked ^^^^^^
So it's no longer a library. Look at

I want to know why package gregmisc did not work very well. I did not find this package in my library directory.

I use windows 2000 Professional and R version 2.0.0version_ platform i386-pc-mingw32 arch i386 os mingw32 system i386, mingw32 status major 2 minor 0.0 year 2004 month 10 day 04 language R
Then I check: http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/contrib/checkSummaryWin.html package gregmisc only warning on R-1.9.1 not R-2.0.0
