Hi, Thank you for responding. One thing I forgot to mention (although I'm guessing you figured it out anyway) is that I'm running Mac OS X.
I checked and I've got the file /usr/include/zlib.h installed on my machine. Is this enough for R or does it need a more robust installation of zlib?
