What Fortran compiler (g77) are you using, obtained from where? See http://www.astro.gla.ac.uk/users/norman/note/2004/restFP/
Your lines are wrapped in ways that make parsing impossible, but my guess at the link line does not include -lcc_dynamic. See also the list archives, e.g. http://tolstoy.newcastle.edu.au/R/help/05/06/7345.html and of course the r-sig-mac list for the mysteries of MacOS X.
