Hi people, I'm developing an application (in Linux) using tcltk and calling ggobi from that application (using the Rggobi package). After I load ggobi and want to use the windows made by tcltk I get some errors and sometimes R cracks. I believe the problem is because the packages Rggobi, RGtk and tcltk are running together. I thought about a solution that would be unload the Rggobi and RGtk packages after I use them. Do you know how I do that? And if someone has another solution for that problem please help me.
