Hello, I would like to know whether is possible to install R in a Itanium 64 bits computer. We cannot neither compile source code because we have Intel compilers. Specifically, we have an Intel Itanium II, Linux Red Hat 64 bits and Intel Fortran and C compilers: ifort, icc.
