Could someone please tell me where I can find a simple example, which does not require linux!, on how I can see if this is working and get me started using rJava. I have read the document 'Getting Started with the R-Java/Omegahat Interface' and have tried to type in things such as .JavaConstructor("JButton", "A button") in the R console after loading library(rJava). However i keep getting the error:
Error: could not find function ".JavaConstructor" Any help would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks mister_bluesman wrote: > > Basically, I’m trying to install rJava on my windows XP machine.
