I have successfully installed RMySQL_0.6-0 using under
Windows XP MCE, I am using MySQL 5.0.41, I have added

Files\R\R-2.4.1\library\RMySQL\libs and mysql to the
windows PATH, but again, same error:
and then when I load R and try to use RMySQL
