There is a C program called GPS: 'gamma poisson shrinker' at ftp://ftp.research.att.com/dist/gps/ The algorithms in GPS are based on S-Plus programs written by William DuMouchel with support from Columbia University and AT&T Labs. My question is: is there a relatively easy way to extract some of the S code from this windows program? Thanks.
