This still persists. As Murray reported, it happened for a while now, it is still happening eg package tiledb has been rebuilt everywhere [1] since the upload a few days ago -- yet the results page still reports builds two uploads ago [2] for both arm64 variants of your macOS setup. Can you take a look, please?
