There is no binary called 'rstudio' on a server from which you can apt-get install it. So your assumption was wrong. Sorry, RStudio co-founder and co-creator of the RStudio ide, desktop or server. As such responsible for how they distribute binaries. Which they still don't do in a way that allows us to 'apt-get install' it. I think I did use rstudio server and desktop on i386 when I still ran i386 but that has been a while. So no current help on that. Your package dependency errors seem generic though.
