Hi all again, I have red, that similarity in species composition between two communities could be assessed also using the following coefficients: Sørensen (SØRENSEN, 1948) and Bray-Curtis (BRAY e CURTIS, 1957). I also red that there is the possibility to calculate them with vegan package of R software, is it true? Because I try to find the correct function fot that but I didn't find it already. Thanks a lot in advance to Jari who surely concern with my question, and to all will help me in that.
