I am not finding the AEM or PCNM packages in the repositories for R 3.0.3
or 3.1. Have these not been updated recently (and if so which version of R
do I need to run to use them)?
install.packages says the R-Forge versions are not compatible with either
3.0.3 or 3.1 on Mac or Windows. Is there an alternative package to look
for?
I need to do an analysis of long term river community data, and AEM seems
like a logical choice to identify community cycles and regime shifts as it
is a time series (40 years of annual summer data), but I could be steered
in other directions.
