This course focuses on GLLVM, which is a GLM (or GLMM) where multiple response variables are analysed together, accounting for dependency between both the response variables and the observations. We will also cover classical methods like PCA and redundancy analysis to fully explain GLLVM. We would love to have you as part of the course and hope you can join us!
