Hi everyone

Instats is excited to offer a 1-day seminar, Deep Learning for Complex Datasets
with ChatGPT 2.0
<https://instats.org/seminar/deep-learning-for-complex-datasets-with-2>,
livestreaming on Oct 27th and led by Nikolay Oskolkov, Group Leader at LIOS and
professor in Molecular Biosciences at Lund University. Harnessing the synergy
between state-of-the-art neural networks and Large Language Models, this
intensive workshop will show you how to build, train, and evaluate deep
learning models that reveal hidden patterns in complex biological, medical, and
high-dimensional datasets. Through hands-on coding in R, Python, TensorFlow,
and Keras—augmented by ChatGPT as a real-time coding partner—you’ll explore
convolutional and recurrent networks, autoencoders, Bayesian approaches, and
cutting-edge applications in multi-omics, single-cell biology, and personalized
medicine. By the end of the day you’ll be ready to integrate deep learning into
your own research pipeline, confidently preprocess data, optimize
hyperparameters, and critically assess model performance.

Sign up today
<https://instats.org/seminar/deep-learning-for-complex-datasets-with-2> to
secure your spot, and feel free to share this opportunity with colleagues and
students who might benefit!

Best wishes
