Hi all,
We’re excited to announce our upcoming online course: R/Bioconductor for Mass
Spectrometry and Proteomics, taking place 17–19 November.

This course is designed to give you hands-on experience analysing mass
spectrometry-based proteomics data using R and Bioconductor. We’ll cover
everything from raw data to identification and quantitation, finishing with
statistical analysis to identify differentially expressed proteins. By the end
of the course, you’ll be confident in handling MS data in R and using the right
packages for your analyses.

Some familiarity with R is required, and experience with proteomics is helpful
but not essential.

Course programme (Berlin time, 2–8 PM each day)

Monday: Raw MS data – how it works, formats, extraction, and visualisation

Tuesday: Identification and quantitation – combining data and understanding
data structures

Wednesday: Quantitative proteomics – processing, visualisation, and statistical
analysis

To encourage international participation, this course will be fully online — so
you can join from anywhere!
