Dear all,
We’re pleased to invite you to join our upcoming online course, Orchestrating
Microbiome Analysis with Bioconductor, running from February 2 to 6, 2026.

Designed for advanced MSc, PhD, and postdoctoral researchers with some R
experience, this course offers a practical introduction to microbiome data
analysis using R and Bioconductor. Over five interactive half-days, you’ll
learn how to import, process, and analyze microbiome datasets, explore
diversity metrics, perform differential abundance testing, and integrate
microbiome data with other omics layers. The course is a mix of lectures with
hands-on exercises, empowering you to confidently apply these workflows in your
own research.

Sessions will be held online daily from 12:00 to 16:00 CET, with continuous
support via Slack for questions and discussions.
