Dear r-sig-ecology members, We are pleased to announce an upcoming in-person course on Marine Genomics, taking place 25–29 May at the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research (HCMR) in Heraklion, Crete (Greece). This 5-day course provides a hands-on introduction to marine and population genomics, with a strong focus on practical data analysis.
Most analyses will be performed using UNIX command-line tools and R.
