[R-SIG-Finance] install RBloomberg on R 2.14.0

Hello,
I was trying to install RBloomberg, but kept failing.
I  am using Windows 7 with R 2.14.0 and got the following messages..
I tried with 2.15.0 as well but no luck. Could someone help me with this?

> install.packages("RBloomberg", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org";)
