Certainly no windows vm on the server!

For now, I just install_github('Rblpapi', 'armstrtw') with success
after copying libblpapi3_64.so from the blpapi_cpp_3.7.5.1/Linux
package to my /usr/lib.
Now, I can't of course play with it as I have no bloom subscription.
My next step is to install Rblpapi, but this time when replacing some
C++ files with the ones form the emulator project, and see how it
goes.
