Dear R SIG Geo People:
I have the following object:
> class(zip1_wgs84)
[1] "SpatialPointsDataFrame"
attr(,"package")
[1] "sp"

and I am able to use writeOGR just fine.
However, I would like to make some changes to the KML output file.
I looked at kmlLine in maptools, but that works with Spatial Lines Data Frames
rather than Spatial Points.
Has anyone run into this before, please?
