Dear list, I have an ESRI shape file with county names and boundaries for Florida, and an ESRI shape file with sea grass cover for Florida. I would like to know the total sea grass cover per county. Hence I would like to identify the intersections of the county polygons with the sea grass polygons and aggregate the intersections by county name. Which function(s) would do this ? I'd be grateful for suggestions.
