is here an specialist can let me know how can I can some statistics in R
with the netCDF format file, I know there are ncdf and RNetCDF packages for
accessing netCDF file, which is great!
Actually I plan to do are:
1) generate a boxstatistics and time series analysis (e.g., mean value over
all the spatial area like gridboxmean, monmean in cdo)
2) do some zonal statistics (like in the GIS Zonal statistics) together
with a shape file or mask.
