Juanita,

If you believe that variograms are a good tool to describe spatial correlation of marks, you might want to have a look at computing cross variograms, e.g. in R package gstat.

Hi,

I would like to examine the spatial correlations in the diameter of two
tree species. However, I have not found any R packages that has a function
to run bivariate mark correlation analyses. I would appreciate it if
anyone can provide any leads or suggestions. Thanks in advance for your
help.

Regards,
Juanita
