Hi,
I am trying to use cross variograms to explore the structural
correlation between two species distributions (both clearly aggregative)
which have ecological dependence on each other.
My data are doing OK using the fit.lmc function of gstat, but I am not
able to find the cross-correlation coefficients for the different
distances considered.
Is it possible to obtain this information using the gstat package?
