Dear,
I have a question regarding using R in order to dispatch a group of points
in a map in order to cover the all map.
Each point have a buffer around (Drive time), representing the zone covered
by each point.
I would like to know if R can bring a solution to that problem, and if Yes
if someone can support to answer this issue.
