Dear friends,
Did anybody have experience on doing survival analysis of point pattern
using km.rs(spatstat) function?
I noticed that the function "km.rs" for SpatStat package could be used to
do survival analysis of point pattern, but i didn't find a relatively
complete example to show how to use it. I'm not very good at it,
could anbody please show me a complete example to do kaplan-meier analysis
using km.rs(spatstat)?
Any suggestions or help are greatly appreciated. Hoping to get your reply
