Thank your for your commnet, Professor Bivand.
Recently I've been developing Geospatial mining tool based on OpenJUMP(see Japnized OpenJUMP(http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fgiswin.geo.tsukuba.ac.jp%2Fteacher%2Fmurayama%2Ffieldgis_station%2Findex.html&langpair=ja%7Cen&hl=ja&ie=UTF8)), which can build topology from linestring and polygon, connecting R via Rserve or JGR, and will use Repast for agent based modelling.
