Add the zero.policy=TRUE argument to each subsequent command too.
This is in ?errorsarlm:
"zero.policy: if TRUE assign zero to the lagged value of zones without
neighbours, if FALSE (default) assign NA - causing
'errorsarlm()' to terminate with an error"
