I'm not sure if I had or not, but I just installed it or reinstalled it and reinstalled R on top of it. That doesn't fix my problem, RStudio.app and R.app both still hang. In Terminal, capabilities is still showing X11 as FALSE. Is that the thing I should be trying to fix? If tcltk depends on X11, why would capabilities list it as TRUE if X11 is showing as FALSE?
