[R-SIG-Mac] Recommended version of Xcode?

The https://mac.r-project.org/ page says that R is now built with Xcode 
11.4.  Is this still correct?  There are several newer versions 
available (11.5, 11.6, 11.7, 12, 12.0.1, 12.1).
