different - you have to re-compile between R
2.8.x and R 2.9.x.
That is fine. However, I have the other problem
(not related to the Rgraphviz problem) that I can
not download packages because of the installer
and package manager error.

graphvizVersion() might be useful. It might
also be useful to update to the latest version
of Rgraphviz in the devel branch of
Bioconductor, it has version 1.21.9 and
install it from source.
