libglade is not an R package.  It comes with the Gtk+ dmg
that you can get from http://r.research.att.com/

There appears to be a problem with your Gtk+ installation.

X11 is already installed on my system
X11 is launched before lauching the R command line, and this does not solve the pb.

We would appreciate any help.
