I am building all Mac gfortran binaries. The detailed instructions are on the
same page where you got the fortran from:
http://r.research.att.com/tools/

The Xcode builds are using Apple's Xcode sources + libfortran + gcc/fortran
from gcc-4.2.4 sources + diff is on the tools page. The build is done the same
way Apple Xcode is compiled.

The alternative GNU build is done from the GNU release sources and is described
on the page as well.

Sure, not problem. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. (I
think I was talking to Max a while ago about improvements to Homebrew ;) - I
like the idea)

Cheers,
Simon
