Dear list members!

I have 2500 Bayesian trees.
Now I would like to have one tree that contains all nodes that occur in the 2500 trees (like consensus() with p=0) and additional a value (percentage) for each node, that tells me in how many trees this node is present. Branch length are not necessary in this "consensus" tree. It is just for a graphical purpose.

I would be very happy if somebody could give me a hint how to solve this problem.
Many thanks in advance

B.
