Hello, I am trying to do some phylogenetic regressions in R and have been experiencing some difficulties sourcing NEXUS formatted tree data.
I have been attempting to use the *treebase* package to download a phylogenetic tree for the Cephalopoda from the TreeBASE database but I have been encountering the following error message: And I am not sure what to make of it. Is it simply that there is no available data? Or have I entered some incorrect code? If there is, in fact, no available data does anyone have suggestions for alternative databases I could check?
