Perhaps there is a way to download a copy of the R Wiki to install locally on one's machine. Then an individual could have a personal wiki for their own project specific code. If the person finishes developing a certain piece of code and/or wants to share, he/she could push a button and upload it to the LIVE R wiki.
However, this might require one to have both Apache & PHP installed which some users may not have. Perhaps there is a way to combine the convenience of TiddlyWiki (http://www.tiddlywiki.com/) with the power of DokuWiki to fill this niche. ~Nick Drew -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Romain Francois Sent: Saturday, April 15, 2006 4:54 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [R-wiki] personnal pages on wiki Hi, What is the general feeling about adding a personnal page inside the wiki. I'll like to create a page, maybe under misc:people, where i could write the pages i like in the wiki, my (short) todo list, etc ... I prefer to ask here first. Maybe it is better to create that kind of pages somewhere else.
