Something Awful is a well-named website of satire. On Fridays, they
post a selection from their forums titled "Photoshop Phriday" where
they modify images for a different purpose entirely. This week is
"Making Reading Fun Through Trickery":

Books don't come up too often in their themes, one of my favorite book-
related themes was covered in several series where they would modify
the covers of children's books for, well to put it plainly, juvenile,
perverted versions.

The children's books may very well be "not safe for work" if you're
working for a particularly nosy and prudish company -- while the
images aren't pornographic, the topics would most definitely not be
appropriate around the water cooler.
