It might have been at my end. I find that, using Juno's proprietary software (as opposed to accessing the e-mail on-line), it will break (with a space) any unspaced string of characters at the 40th one. But if there are any high-order ASCII characters anywhere in the body of the message, it will force the *entire* message to wrap at 40 characters. At least that's what I see when my messages are sent and a copy goes into the 'sent' folder. I'm not 100% sure it actually goes out that way to recipients...
