JJA's wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Joseph_Adams & Fantasy Magazine doesn't list JJA as the publisher -- it (still? can't remember) lists Sean Wallace as pub & still shows Cat Rambo as editor. So maybe it's just referrals, rather than a sister pub.
