Interesting -- looks like John Adams has left F&SF to do this.

& Fantasy Magazine doesn't list JJA as the publisher -- it (still? can't
remember) lists Sean Wallace as pub & still shows Cat Rambo as editor. So
maybe it's just referrals, rather than a sister pub.
