I agree we're an "of" entity, foremost. Our goal is to promote spec lit, locally in particular, but not limited to locally. Our efforts with the anthologies is because locally is where we can be effective, but I'd have no problem putting out a national-level anthology someday, or doing other things beyond Rochester.
But what defines us right now is spec fic and Rochester, so right now it makes sense to try to embody both things in our web site, but spec fic first.
