Yeah, I meant free download.

I wound up reading "Empty Spaces." I kept thinking, this can't be
right. For one thing, it's a novelette, and I couldn't figure out why
a short story nominee wouldn't end.

For the other, well, let's just say that any review of it would begin,
"Michael Burstein is apparently an alien who has never seen a real
object that is called fiction but somehow came across a technical
manual whose instructions for writing fiction he's ticking off one by
one as he moves through the manuscript."
