| From: William D Clinger <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | Date: Wed, 25 Jul 2007 19:04:26 -0400 | | Once again, this archive has truncated my essay. To read | the complete text of my essay on language design, which I | have now sent twice to [EMAIL PROTECTED], you will | have to read it on my web site at | | http://www.ccs.neu.edu/home/will/R6RS/essay.txt
I received the totality of your essay both times through email. The only quirk was that line 435, "From page 18:", comes through as ">From page 18:". Perhaps this is a problem with your mail reader interpreting the word "From" with a ":" after it at the beginning of a line as the start of a new message. This could be the case if the truncation happened after: ... <record name> will flow into arbitrary contexts. In other words, the rtd-flow analysis required by the 5.97 draft is already as bad as it could be, so my proposal can't possibly make it any worse. _______________________________________________ r6rs-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.r6rs.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/r6rs-discuss
